They house was amazing, love our stay, went with friends, good things to do around Nottingham and a shop close by. Neighbors a bit loud but that’s expected in big cities!!
5.0/10
It was a very clean house with great amenities but not for everyone
Positive: the house was very clean
Negative: The house smelled of cigarette smoke. Anyone with an intolerance struggled with that. The area would be deemed as undesirable. We arrived to a large group of adult men hanging outside. they remained for most of the duration. it made us uneasy. In addition, they continuously smoked weed. No problem with that, but the smell was overbearing. During the ongoing heat wave, we needed to close the doors and windows so not to be affected by the smell. All of the group hanging around were courteous, but it was intimidating and uncomfortable. We left a day early.
7.0/10
Positive: The house was well decorated and very clean. 2 toilets was an essential with 6 of us in the house. A local grocery shop was a bonus. Was easy to get taxis into the city centre, only a 10 minute ride (or a 25 minute walk). A few previous reviews commented on the neighbours, but they were nothing but helpful to us during our stay.
Negative: Shower was just ok, but adequate. It was hot while we were in Nottingham and some more fans would have been nice. No other real gripes about the house.
8.0/10
Positive: Nice location, close to city centre.
Comfortable and clean
Negative: V hot, difficult to open windows
9.0/10
Positive: All the beds were so comfortable, the bedrooms were all good size lol..the house was very spacious, had everything you needed in there.
Negative: When we first arrived there was a bag of rubbish on the kitchen side and it turned out there was a bag of prawns in there and it smelt awful and The location, with us all being girls and turning up with a group of lads hanging around next door smoking cannabis was a little intimidating to begin with, however they were polite and pretty quiet. It was just the first impressions.

Negative: The house smelled of smoke majority bedroom furniture broken. Only 4 towels left no had soap sinks, lighting absolutely bad, light switches on walls upside down, cutlery and cups all needed washing I could go on and on

Loads of communication from the Team, lovely place, friendly neighbours with a super cute labrador puppy.

Everything we needed was in the place, and the email to get in was really easy to use.

Was great from all point of views

Absolutely unsuitable house for an air bnb. Very run down area with boarded up windows, mattresses in road etc. Next door neighbour is a drug dealer. Huge gangs of young adults buying and taking drugs right outside the property. The small of cannabis wafts through the kitchen area.

Most of the property furniture is pretty run down. Cupboard doors were loose, everything felt sticky, bathroom window has to stay open to ventilate when being used but goes straight down into front of house where the gang is hanging out.

There was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the house, dried egg on the back window upstairs and dried blood on the back doorstep.

No matter your opinion on drug use this homeowner hosts an air bnb in a clearly volatile and dangerous area where there is illegal activity outside the door all day and night. Clearly issues have occurred here due to the mess on the road, egg on the window and blood on the doorstep.

Absolutely unsafe for families.

It was a great house to be at
8.0/10
Good property within easy access to Nottingham
Positive: It was reasonable priced
Comfortable, easy to find, and easy access and egress - close to city centre
The code for the Door - No keys
Negative: NO hairdryer available??
That we could find
The extra charge at registering I was not expecting for damage insurance, and if I had known, might have been more acceptable .
I can understand the need but you need to inform people. I was heading to the house and found that to get the code for the house, this must be paid .- it was too late to change my mind at that stage took from enjoyment of the experience-
But it was comfortable and warm and it worked out perfectly for us - thank you

Positive: Very clean, Toilet rolls were provided, shower gel was provided, tea provided. Parking on site.
Negative: Squeaky floors if you are a light sleeper this would wake you up.
5.0/5
The house was very nice and we had plenty of space for the six people that we were. It's also dog friendly which is super convenient.
9.0/10
Absolutely beautiful homely home. Family all loved it
Positive: Very homely and clean. Every room with a Tv was an added bonus
Negative: Only reason I didn’t give 100% for the cleaning was that a lot of the cutlery (wooden spoons and big silver spoons had crusty food remnants) and the oven bottom was not cleaned
5.0/5
We had a great stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and easy access. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was an outside space for the dogs. The beds were comfy and we loved the big TV's. Will stay again. Thank you.

Lovely stay…

Clean, organised and comfortable
5.0/5
Exactly as advertised. Lovely, clean and comfortable home. It felt very homely and was a great experience for our family. I would definitely stay here again. People have mentioned that the area is a bit rough, yes it is based on a housing estate but it was quiet, we saw the neighbours from both sides who were both helpful and polite. Easy to get to the town centre, convenient shop within a 5 min walk. Beds were so so comfortable, well equipped kitchen, Tv in each bedroom, Each bed a double bed, very spacious home, exceptionally clean, great communication from host. Would definitely stay again, we loved it. Thank you for hosting us

Positive: Location great. Comfort great. Beds excellent. Everything we needed was there.
Negative: Shower was poor.

my son heard the neighbours talk about breaking in and stabbing us. we left immediately and got a refund for the unused days. we had been there 2 weeks and was fine up until then.

Was the youths sitting around in the front yard directly next door

Positive: The location
Negative: Forgot my travelling bag at the property inside the cupboard in the kitchen the morning i I was leaving the property. I called someday so the bag can be picked up by my friend. Up until now, I haven't heard back from anyone.
5.0/5
A great well presented place to stay for us. There were 3 couples who stayed here and each had their own room with a double bed.
It was a very short trip in a taxi into town and was even an ok walk home at the end of the night.
5.0/5
Had lovely stay, The neighbours are lovely too. And the cleaning lady next door was very helpful.

Ottima sistemazione
Positive: Casa carina e funzionale, spaziosa: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Negative: Zona residenziale così così, ma comoda, con negozi per generi di prima necessità vicinissimi e non lontana dal centro.
5.0/5
I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The private parking made everything super convenient, and the garden space was perfect for my dog to enjoy safely. Inside, the property was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great experience – I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

I'd like to invite anyone considering this property to fully read the previous reviews.
The house itself doesn't disappoint. While not in a prime location, it's comfortable, clean, and has good connections to the city. Travel-size shampoo and bath soap were also provided. Nevertheless, the kitchen could be better supplied and maintained; we found some sticky pans and baking trays. We were also quite disappointed by the poor quality of the cutlery. For an Airbnb, I'd expect something a bit better.
The key issue—and what would have been a deal-breaker for us if we had only taken the time to read the 4-star reviews—is that the neighbors engage in very 'dodgy' activities. Lots of youths were smoking weed until late at night, and the smoke would go straight through the open windows, which forced us to close them all. There was even a police visit once. This is not my choice of neighbors during a family holiday. Unfortunately, it's also not something the host can control.

The house is so cozy and homey, clean, tidy and well decorated. They had a plentyful supply of everything, down to the tiny soap bottles you get in hotels.
The sheets were all clean and the beds made beautifully, toilets and showers clean and fresh and the kitchen clear of clutter.
We loved the half opening barn style kitchen door.
The hosts were very kind and helpful, making sure we were happy. We felt well looked after.
The price was great and it was very close to local attractions, if you drive.

Thank you for making our little break so comfortable!

Positive: House was lovely and clean.
Neighbours were friendly and helpful. Even asked to put out our bin.
Negative: Needed more cutlery and dishes. 1bedroom was quite small.
Smell of drugs all times of the day.

Dear Sam & Team,
Thank you so much for hosting us in your amazing home! The house was incredibly neat and clean, with plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, which made our stay very comfortable.
My family truly enjoyed every moment—we especially appreciated the friendly and welcoming environment. The kids were so happy and had a great time too!
It was the perfect place for our holiday, and we’re so grateful for the care and attention you put into making it such a pleasant stay.

Thanks again for everything!

Great stay! Fantastic location!

4.0/5
Comfortable beds, good size house. There isn’t enough room for 2 cars on the drive though. Close to town centre. Only one shower so wouldn’t be ideal for big groups.
3.0/5
We were a large group of 7 people. The house itself was beautifully maintained inside, (although there were a few issues with broken kitchen cupboards, loose bedroom door hinges & a shower that gave up the ghost). Apart from that, the accommodation was very comfortable indeed. However, the location left a lot to be desired. I guess the neighbour’s antics are not something that the host can reasonably be expected to control. While the people were actually very pleasant to talk to, I really don’t think that an Airbnb should be located in a weed smoking, drug dealing area, with gangs of young men on street corners & balaclava clad e-scooter riders. The area certainly didn’t feel safe at all.
5.0/5
It is a really nice place and exactly as described, super clean, spacious and well equipped with all the amenities.
5.0/5
Easy to find, easy to get in and out, very clean inside and layout is beautiful and spacious. We stayed here whilst attending a cheer leading competition so was perfect for the girls to get ready etc. thank you
4.0/5
Responsive and helpful host. Quite area, property is ample space for 6 people. The rest of the property is clean but disappointed when I opened the kitchen cupboards are cluttered could do with a good tidying and cleaning, The fridge and freezer were also not bring cleaned. the other 2 bedrooms could use with a mirror and extra electric fans in the summer would be a big help. The electric shower stopped working on our final night, informed host but obviously too late to get it fixed...
