Lovely place to stay! The tent was good and had most things you needed. Had a beach outside next to a bbq which was nice to relax on a very sunny weekend. The tent had a fan and a heated blanket which was great for when it got colder at night and then hot in the day. We had no problems whatsoever and would come back. It was a beautiful place to celebrate my birthday and bank holiday!!

We had a lovely couple nights stay in the glamping tent. Great host and lovely owners of the farm. In walking / short car ride distance from local amenities pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

The bell tent was perfect, had everything you could have wanted for a glamping experience. Toilet and shower block was close by and kept clean. The provided electric blankets were needed on a cold September night but kept us cosy. In walking distance of Alton and Denstone with lots of pubs and food places to choose from. Would definitely visit again 😄

This place is absolutely fantastic for those wanting to visit Alton towers or the surrounding area, lovely people and place all instructions very clear, lots of kitchen equipment for anyone wanting to cook there own food however lots of takeaway and pub options for those not wanting to. Alpacas very friendly, lots of uber and taxi access, only thing would be to check the bus times as the 9:40 to Alton towers did not show up and make sure you tell the uber driver the farm name as we were dropped off in the wrong place

Stayed in the bell tent (Staffordshire) with my two toddlers
It was adorable
It fit my travel cot inside and the playground and amenities were great.
Unfortunately we missed the summer and so was freezing in the night. The main bed had electric blankets but I wished I took an electric radiator.
Would stay again

Location of the site is great. Bell tent pitch is relatively far from the wash block so may not be suitable for people who can't walk long distances. Also it is in the middle of other visitors which meant we had trouble sleeping because of music/ loud chatter. From the description I did think that the pitch would be more private and further away from others. Tent itself was well provisioned and the wash block was very clean. I would visit again but outside of school holidays.

I laid £310 for 2 nights, on arrival it’s advertised as £70 a night! Lovely little tent but definitely not worth what I
Positive: Cute little tent, had everything we needed.
Negative: Need to be able to use a heater in the tent. It got really damp at night. Not chilly but damp.

The escape I needed!
Positive: Very clear instructions to find the farm, a friendly and polite greeting on arrival, peaceful and very tidy, showers and toilets were very clean. Plenty of information about nearby exploration and entertainment. Friendly alpacas happy sheep, lambs and a lovely Collie named Oscar.
Negative: I honestly could not complain. Great service on arrival and was left alone. Contact number was left incase anything was needed.

Positive: Just finished our stay, myself and my son have had a wonderful time. The tent had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The electric blankets were lovely and cosy. The shared toilet and shower facilities were spotless. The alpacas were a bit shy during our stay but we did manage to say hello to one of them, understandable as it was a bit rainy :) The drive distance to Alton Towers is great only about 5 minutes!

Great place with a very chilled out and relaxed atmosphere. The alpacas are located a bit further away from the tents etc and are not guaranteed to be out however but overall, a great place for a weekend visit, a car is essential for prolonged weekends.

Good location near Alton Towers and a beautiful farm with alpacas for a good rate. Even has electric blanket. No nasty surprises. Recommended! Also, I highly recommend stopping by Dalton's Dairy Farm nearby for a delicious, freshly made milkshake as well as other fresh dairy, it was a really nice stop after Alton Towers.

The host was welcoming and friendly even checking with us to see if we had everything we needed.
Will definitely return again.
